Holocaust Remembrance Day 2026
A Call to Remember & Hope for the Future: Boulder Jewish Community Yom HaShoah Gathering
Join Haver, the Boulder Council of Rabbis and Cantors, on April 13th at Congregation Har HaShem, to commemorate the Shoah and honor the memory of the six million Jews and all victims of the Holocaust, reaffirming our collective responsibility to remember.
This year’s community program, from 6:30-8:00 pm, features two local choirs, meaningful ritual, shared stories, and guest speaker Anita Meyer Budding, a Holocaust survivor and diarist who documented her life in hiding in the Netherlands from 1943 to 1945.
A special Just-for-Teens-Program from 5:00-6:15pm provides a space for young people to engage thoughtfully with this history and its enduring lessons. Pizza dinner is included.
Both programs are free and open to the public, but registration is required.
